This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the genting888 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on genting888. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address and an active phone number. genting888 reserves the right to request identity verification via a copy of your identification card or relevant documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. genting888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Update your password regularly to keep your account secure.
- Report any suspicious activity on your account immediately.
Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Genting888 users are required to use this platform in a lawful, responsible manner in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to manipulate the gaming system, exploit technical bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the genting888 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Fraud or falsification of personal information during registration or transactions.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Distributing content that is seditious, unlawful, or endangers the safety of other users.

Genting888 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including temporary suspension, permanent closure, or referral of the case to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the genting888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is legitimate, belongs to them, and is not subject to any restrictions or disputes.
Genting888 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX bank transfers and supported e-Wallets. Each deposit is subject to set minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the chosen payment method. The latest limits can be found in the FAQ platform.
Withdrawal of winnings is processed in accordance with genting888's internal review policy. Before a first withdrawal request is approved, users are required to complete the identity verification process. Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be put on hold pending investigation and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Genting888 is not responsible for any processing delays caused by factors beyond our control, including banking system outages, public holidays, or additional verification requirements imposed by the bank.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The genting888 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, genting888 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or suited to your specific needs at all times.
In no event shall genting888's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim. genting888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary losses arising from the use of this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the genting888 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the exclusive property of genting888 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying or using any of this content without prior written consent from genting888.

These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that genting888 endorses or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site. Account Closure, Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Genting888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by legal authorities. Users may also voluntarily request account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with current policy, subject to identity verification and the absence of any term violations.
Amendments to These Terms
Genting888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying users via the platform or their registered email. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties within thirty days. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
